Housing and Class Headquarters

To get the complete Colby experience, we encourage you to stay on campus. Each class has its own headquarters and stays in the same dorm(s) together. Dorm rooms have one or two single beds and shared bathrooms. Standard linens are supplied. Plan ahead to room with friends, which you will be able to request on your registration form. If you are bringing children, feel free to bring sleeping bags or pack n’ plays, and the kids may sleep in your room without incurring a fee as they will not be using a campus bed. If your days of staying in the dorms are over, feel free to make your own hotel reservations. Some hotels are offering a good rate for Colby Alumni. Information on area hotels is available online.

Check In

You will receive all of your information, wrist bands, housing assignments, keys and mementos at registration in the Schair-Swenson-Watson Alumni Center.

Eat Well

Eat and drink well from Friday morning through Sunday brunch by attending the scheduled campus breakfasts and lunches, the Colby Signature Events in the Big Tent as well as your special class receptions and dinners. Quick meals and snacks are available in the Joseph Family Spa and the Marchese Blue Light Pub, both in Cotter Union. Hours will be posted in the final program. Amtrak’s Downeaster provides five daily round trips between Boston and Portland.

On campus:
For those with physical challenges, we offer golf carts to move around Mayflower Hill. Please contact Alumni Relations with your individual needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
